memories video said to have copyright violation on youtube

My phone made some "memories" videos/slideshows from my pictures. I saved a couple and tried to upload them to YouTube. YouTube said they were a copyright violation. I suppose that must be from the music that my phone added, since the video portion was made from my original pictures and videos.

Why would Apple use copyrighted material to make these memories videos? Did they have a license to do that? If so, how would I communicate with YouTube that Apple had such a license?
