How do I play Spotify music in my truck using AUX cable connected to iPhone?

I cannot get my spotify music to play off my aux cord in my truck. I’ve tried new cords & adapters, as well as cleaning both ports. My phone doesn’t have the “usb audio accessories” setting and idk what else to do. Any ideas?

There are cables available on Amazon that in your case, offer a Lightning to 3.5 mm Stereo audio connector that should work with most Aux-ready audio ports. For iPhone 15 and 16, there are USB-C cables for this purpose.

I know that you have tried other cables…

In my 2011 Saab, I bought a Sonru Bluetooth 5.2 TX/RX device that I pair to my iPhone 16 Pro Max, and from the Sonru unit, I connect a 3.5 mm audio cable into the second AUX input for the vehicle. I can play Apple Music into my car audio unit in this manner. I am very impressed with this Sonru unit and its accompanying documentation. Long rechargeable battery life too.
