How do we opt out of the new update established between Apple and Starlink?

I value my privacy in all forms. Therefore, if anyone has available information/resources to speak with an Apple representatives to stop my information being shared with Starlink or any party with my consent. Thank you.

As form what was announced, that allows satellite direct-to-cell with customers that enroll in the associated T-Mobile coverage, or similarly with other carriers elsewhere.
