How do I remove the 'created date/time' header in only the first Apple Notes note?

I use Apple’s Notes app for my blog journal on my iPad Air, and I have been rearranging the 50+ entries to move them from one platform to another. I noticed that only the very first one, written a couple of years ago, has the ‘created date/time’ header. None of the following Notes do. I cannot find a way to delete it, which I want to do. My device is up to date, and I keep all apps updated as soon as they come out.

How can I delete it?
