I would like to know, if I purchase an Anti-Virus for my MacBook Air will I get good looking desings and logos for a business? As that is what I am planning to do?

No. Absolutely not.
Purchasing anti-virus for your MacBook will not do anything other than cost you money and cause problems on your Mac.
It is completely unnecessary.
Purchasing anti-virus software will do nothing to give you good-looking designs and logos for a business.
Purchasing photo editing or illustration software could help you to get good-looking designs and logos, if you have good artistic skills. If you do not, you may want to see if there are any packages of clip art or stock art whose terms of use would allow you to reuse clip art for those purposes.
Searching the App Store for "logo" brings up a number of packages, though I do not know which, if any, would be suitable for your purposes.
