Contrary to packaging, Apple Pencil Tips are NOT Compatible with Apple Pencil Pro

I bought Apple Pencil tips from the Apple Store through Amazon. They are genuine Apple products accprding to the packaging and price but they do NOT work on my Apple Pencil Pro purchased March 2025. I called Apple sales directly and they sent me a link that seems to be the identical box. My Apple Pencil Pro was working fine. The tip just fell off while traveling.What can I do?
