How can I save the emails being deleted from my MacBook Air archive folder?

Somehow all emails I had in my archive folder were deleted on my iPhone. Fortunately my MacBook Air was turned off from wifi and the emails are still on MacBook . If I turn the wifi on for MacBook it will sync with iCloud which will likely delete emails on MBA.

Any advice on how to save the emails being deleted from MBA archive folder? I have done a back up for MBA but I’m not that savvy on restoring emails from back up.

Any assistance would be most appreciated.
