I have 4 or 5 playlists from iTunes but want to migrate to apple music, I have scoured the internet and find no answer that works. I' am using windows 10 and just want to have the playlists for apple devices so I can sync those playlists to my iPods. Please I really need to know how to do it. I have exported the playlists but none of the formats work.

My recollection is that Apple Music for Windows can import XML playlists. As a rule if you have an existing iTunes library when you install Apple Music it should import all of the music and music playlists into the Apple Music library at the time.
FWIW the only concrete advantage I can find in Apple Music is the ability to stream/download hi-res audio when you also have a subscription to the Apple Music service. I recommend you stick with iTunes.
