app limit on youtubekids not working

I am continuously unable to get app limits applied to YouTubeKids. I have checked that it’s not in.the ‘always allow’ list. I have added and deleted re-added it to the app limits list but whilst other apps will be restricted YouTubeKids isn’t not matter what I do.

App Limits - Reset at midnight Why do app limits reset at midnight?? It doesn’t make any sense that they do. Is there any way to override this feature?
