all my iphone photos are gone from trying to delete one.

Unfortunately, when you run out of storage, when you try to stuff more in than it will hold, something's gotta give.

Keep in mind that "deleting" a video also takes space-- the bigger the thing you dry to delete, the more likely you are to crash. I have this storage place for old furniture and other junk we don't want in our home. If I want to get more free space in there, I don't try to remove the piano first-- I'd have to move everything else to get it out. (Sorry, this is an analogy, not an exact model of digital storage…)

It's possible that you have not damaged your Photos Library so much that nothing is recoverable. You might try searching around inside the phone with a computer (on a Mac, I'd use Image Capture.) Or you could try getting some storage at iCloud.com and connecting the phone to iCloud. Photos will save what it can in iCloud.

Mine deleted all the photo memories and replaced them with two random pictures marked for each years memories and the same Christmas music for each memory. I don’t any pictures of Christmas or during Christmas why Apple. What makes you think I like Christmas so much.
