Call button is not working in CarPlay with iPhone and USB-C cable in my car

When I connect my phone to the car, the SIRI and the CALL END buttons from the steering wheel are working, but the CALL button is not working.

I am located in country Bulgaria (Europe). My phone is 16 PRO with USB-C port. My IOS is 18.3.2. My car is Suzuki S-Cross 4x4 2019 year.

I have tried different usb cables. Forget car and setup again. My bluetooth is on. My car does not have wireless connectivity - it only has wired connection. The car supports both Car Play and Andruid Auto (with andruid phone connected, the call button is working). Siri is ON. Everything else works great with CarPlay, but only the CALL button is not and its very annoying as this is the most used button from me. It is not accepting calls and it does not open the PHONE app on the car touch screen. What should I do?
