Sleep mode from apple watch syncs with iphone even if they should not

Hi. So i manually set my apple watch on sleep mode and my iphone automatically goes in sleep mode too, even if the option “share across devices” is OFF. What’s funny is that this feature worked until yesterday when i’ve repaired my watch with my iphone because of another bug. What’s the fix here?
