No sound when calling someone from my iPhone 13

"called number does not ring in calling phone: when I call another cell phone I do not hear the called phone ring"

Not Debarking a Ringer While on an iPhone:

That's on the recipient's side of the call --not yours. It is intermittent. I call them back, and it works.

“yes I have been noticing the same thing. I call and it's dead silence. then someone either answers or it goes to VM. what is going on?? it's not intermittent. It's doing this to ALL my outgoing calls.“

If YOU(the caller) are not hearing a ring…

Troubleshooting No Ringer:

A. Try the following:

1. Open: Settings
2. Tap: Sounds & Haptics
3. Swipe: RINGER AND ALERTS all the way to the right (to maximize it)

B. Turn Off "Do Not Disturb"
