How do I add storage to my Apple Account using a different username?

Can you please add some more details? Glad to help out if able to.
From what I do know, you cannot add iCloud storage to another account other than your own, if that’s what you mean.
Likewise, you can use Family Sharing to share your iCloud storage with others in your family:
