It shouldn't be.
Samsung announced in 2019 that AirPlay would be available "later" through a firmware update. I cannot find more information than this.
I would expect though that in 2025, the firmware was updated on your TV. If that's the case, on your TV, navigate to Settings (All Settings), select General, and then select Apple AirPlay Settings. From here, you can turn on the feature.
Then on your Mac: Stream video and audio with AirPlay - Apple Support.
