Can I log into my icloud and get all of my text messages to show up?

When you log into your Apple Account, they should repopulate in the Messages app on your new phone. It may take a while, though.

Log into your cellular account on your provider's website. You can usually access your detailed call logs. You may also be able to see the numbers you've texted and received text from (if they were SMS/RCS). Perhaps you can figure out the number from there.
Or if you have an email address for the people you need to get in touch with, you can contact them that way and ask the to send you their numbers.
