iPhone 13 Video Not Visible

Hello. I’ve been having an issue with my videos recorded on my iPhone 13 being so dark they’re nearly invisible. It happens every other update since IOS 16.1 came out. I’ve checked over all my settings for both my camera and iCloud to confirm it’s not an issue with either of those. Any tips on how to resolve this issue?
