Isn't it time iCloud Mail was updated with options that are standard in other email providers?

I use the Mail app on my MacBook, but I have to use a Windows maching for work and am not able to load the iCloud mail app on it, so I'm forced to use iCloud webmail. Among other things that iCloud webmail does not offer:

• No pop-out to view an individual email in its own window
• No option to mark all items as read with a simple right-click
• No option to move a message to a folder with a simple right-click
• No option to turn off message threads (I HATE message threads)

Please, Apple -- isn't it time to make these simple changes? These are basic options everywhere else.
