phone number cannot be used by facetime and imessage ??

hi! i got a notification that said my phone number would be expiring in four days after i changed my phone number carrier. I tried re-porting the physical sim card in like the instructions said and now my phone number can’t be used by the imessage & facetime..

pls help! i’ve done everything possible and nothing is working. However, i’m still able to use my number to receive and send messages but they get delayed and send multiple of the same message 🥲🥲
