Home App for MacOS Nod displaying live feed of cameras

Hi there, Ive been doing some research as this is still driving me crazy. A lot of the posts and answers are from about 2 years ago, but none of those fixes are working currently and Surely there has to be a better fix to this by now?

So for full context The Home app on MacOS is not displaying a live feed of camera activity.

All my cameras are Aqara and Work flawlessly with my iPad, and all the iPhones in the house with the Home App. If I am working on my M1 Max Mac Studio, I cannot for the life of me get a live feed from any camera.

I have tried to connect a USB Mic, but I have several different Audio interfaces that I have Tried (all with Mics), USB Mics, connected direct to the front USBC connection and through a USB Hub, Webcams, and my AirPods with Zero Success.

At this stage, I would take any suggestions other than the above or if anyone in Apple has any insight? cause its pretty ludicrous at this stage that this is still a bug almost 3 years later...

Currently running M1 Max Mac Studio on MacOS Sequoia 15.3.2 (24D81), but also hasn't worked on older versions also.
