Laptop Shutting down whenever I close the lid

Whenever I close the lid of my MacBook Air M2 (2022), my laptop proceeds to Shut down.

I have found forums with similar problems, however all of those were completed two years ago and were resolved, whilst mine still persists.

I have done an EtreCheckPro check, which resulted in the following test results:
