Final cut dont open project in timeline
Why Final cut does not open the project on the timeline. Open only loads media files

Can you describe exactly what you're doing, what happens when you do it, and what you expect to happen? Maybe post screenshots
Normally when you launch FCP it opens in the state in which it was left, the same window arrangement, and ant open project in the timeline if there was one.
