physical apple store and asking other customers their advice

The email that gave you the process number should, near the bottom, have Apple contact information regarding your repair. Take advantage of that


,is it possible to change it with a new iphone at that price (iphone 14 or …)it means instead of ipad send me a new iphone?!


I've never head of Apple doing anything other than "exchange in kind," meaning if you send an iPad for repair, the refurbished replacement they send you will be absolutely identical in model and configuration to your old one, even personalization.


As Rudegar points out, you are not chatting with Apple here. No official answers here.
