This is an Apple Account issue and has nothing to do with Apple Wallet or Apple Pay.
It sounds like you have accidentally subscribed twice. Apple Support will be able to sort things out for you. I’m also sharing some links to guide you through the process should you want to do this on your own.

Charges display per item. Receipts or statements sent by Apple may display multiple items as a single purchase. Purchases generally are taxable and you must take that into consideration.
