Any issues with the latest iOS 18.3.2 software?
How’s the latest iOS 18.3.2 update? Did anyone face issues with it?
Just wanted to know before I update my iPhone 13 Pro Max.

The camera on my iPhone 15 just shows a black screen since updating to iOS 18.3.2.
Have try all the resets suggested without success. Going to Apple Store (which is 50 miles away!) this weekend to see if they can help.
Seems as though it’s caused a few issues for me with my Face ID
My Face ID works for when I want to get into my phone, but has seemingly stopped working for a lot of my apps (banking, Apple Store etc)
I tried the usual uninstalling, deleting, switching off etc but nothing works.
The result is me having to remember passwords for a lot things which is quite annoying.

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ve tried that multiple times and sadly still no joy.
iOS 18.3.2 didn't impact any of my banking apps ability to use FaceID. In fact, no app, which is set up to use FaceID was impacted. If any are for you, and you've tried the suggestions here, have you deleted the App, then reinstalled it and signed in again, making sure you set up FaceID in the banking app settings? If that doesn't work, then it's time to contact the bank directly for help.

I'm having a similar issue. The actual camera app works fine for me but if I am using any other app (Snapchat, Instagram, Fetch) these apps will only let me use the front facing camera. A couple of times Snapchat has shown me a black front facing camera screen as well. I hope they are able to provide you with some answers!
You are referring to 3rd party apps, none of which are owned by Apple and none of which Apple has any influence or control over. The App Developers of those apps need to take responsibility for anything which isn't working as it should. Apple can't touch the code in their apps.
I regret updating my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Five nights ago, while I was sleeping, my phone updated itself. When I woke up, it said “No Storage” and had Stolen Device Protection turned on. I disabled it, but my phone still wouldn’t let me delete apps to free up space.
When I restarted it, it got stuck on the Apple logo for five days—right in the middle of my honeymoon. I lost so many pictures, even though my phone WAS BACKED UP. Somehow, my iCloud removed a bunch of stuff!!!! including a year’s worth of contacts. Today, I went to the Apple Store in LA, and they had to completely wipe my phone. Now, I only have 30 photos from the most important week of my life, even though everything was supposed to be backed up.
I cried at the Apple Store because some of my best memories are gone. If you’re considering this update, back up everything manually—this update completely messed up my phone. They also said this could happen again
I have to keep restarting my phone. When I wake up in the morning, my messenger decides it don’t wanna work every single day. My microphone somehow turned itself off. I don’t know why. I don’t know how to fix it because it don’t show a microphone option anymore. I cannot call on any app. I cannot voice record on any app. I cannot take photos on any app. I cannot send photos on any app. I have to keep restarting my phone. I have an iPhone 16. It also will not let me use my mobile hotspot or my data. And yes, I fixed every bit of it to where it should. My husband Samsung S 25 is perfect. But for some reason, my iPhone 16 ain’t?
Regret updating , everything has gone haywire since the update for me. None of my apps have access to camera microphone, contacts and images
have tried the reset as well , but nothing seems to be working
My phone automatically updated to 18.3.2while I was asleep. I can’t see older messages and it won’t let me view voicemail or recent calls. How do I roll the software back so that my phone is useable. Very unhappy!
Don’t do it. I have a 13 Pro Max and updated to 18.3.2. Now the back camera and flashlight aren’t working. A force restart fixed it for a couple of hours but they’re back to black and not going on and the restart doesn’t work anymore.

You do realize there are millions upon millions upon millions of iPhone 13 owners out there who have updated to iOS 18.3.2 without issue, right? Advising someone NOT to update because you have an issue, isn't the right approach. By not updating, people are leaving their phones vulnerable to exploits which updates patch. That's never a good thing to avoid.
You need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar to see why YOU are having the issue you described.
When I have an outgoing call I do not hear ringing. Also, I will have an incoming call that is coming through silently, but I do not have do not disturb on, my phone is not on silent, the phone does not vibrate. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and I've had continual issues with it since I bought it.

Last time I checked no one has ever died from skipping an update.
That is absolutely true. However, it's important to remember that most updates include security fixes. That should be factored into any decision about updating.

And to be clear, I NEVER suggested anyone died. If you don't want the latest security updates, that's up to you. Just don't advise others to skip them. That's NOT up to you.
To be clear, no part of my comment would force the person asking the question to do or not do what I advised.
I’m making it clear that I have the exact phone they have and also experiencing something that’s obviously happening to many people right now but happen to have other models.
you’re splitting hairs here and it’s unnecessary.

When you leave out an important consideration, your advice will be corrected by other people here. It's sort of like saying, "Skip getting blood drawn when you go to the doctor. It may hurt and leave a bruise." Of course, it also means your doctor may not be able to diagnose underlying health conditions that might be very serious.
When outside my phone very quickly goes blank screen and the only way to bring it back - is locking / sleep button and I have to re unlock - very very annoying please fix and thx for all your hard work
