Apple Music on Windows 11 No sound problem.

I've been using the apple music from Microsoft's store for a long time now and Its had small problems with its sound here and there but now it will not play sound no matter what I do. I have uninstalled, checked all inputs to my headphones and speakers from my pc and nothing. I would really like help because I have used apple music for years and years and I don't want to use Spotify on my pc. If anyone has a solution please help me out.
