App Store no longer works, Apple Support was unable to help
On iPad, when I try to download an app, I just get a spinning wheel. No error message. Apps that I downloaded via the app store won’t open, but native apps will open. Apple Support just had me do basic stuff that I had already tried, they seemed pretty ignorant about a common, widespread problem. A lot of people are having issues, but no one has a solution.
