Audio effects panel missing - can't modify or use some audio effects

I've added the Compressor and Limiter to my video clips, but in the Audio Inspector, there's no section for Effects. I don't see any way to modify the applied effects or disable them on the selected clip. I've tried on both individual clips and compound clips.
