I've heard of this happen a couple of years back, but can't find a way to pair the watch series 7 back to iPhone. Would appreciate remedy if you know or have had this happen. to you. Thnx.

Which iPhone do you use?
If your watch has watchOS 11 installed, your iPhone has to have iOS 18.

Thnx for the reference. Good to know of the options, but after trying them I had one option left. I had to reset the watch, re-pair it with the iPhone and then could restore my last backup. In the end, it got me where I need to be.
