Failure to properly synch Calendars, Contacts, and Contact Pictures across devices

I'm reading related threads about this problem Apple has, and that attempts to logout and log back into to iCloud with all devices only creates more duplicates, etc. Why can't Apple figure this one out? We should, at the VERY least, have a Synch Now button with all things iCloud that includes Calendars, Contacts, iMessage (with pictures of Contacts), etc. and have it REALLY synch up. It never - EVER does. I've had Apple Products since 1983, but I have to say, without Jobs around, the details of the overall quality of functionality and releases is really poor.

If anybody has a solution to just synching this up, that is not eight paragraphs, and includes getting into Time Machine, or logging in and logging out (which is a horror show in it's own right) of each device, I'd love to read it. It's not 12 devices, it's just my iPhone 16, Mac Studio, and MacBook Pro. That's it.

Seems silly that this basic functionality is so difficult to achieve.
