Apple pay in Pakistan

I have been using iPhone and different apple products since iPhone 2G.

Recently on March 2025, Google has enabled Google wallet support in Pakistan.

I wonder why and what is holding Apple Wallet or Apple pay to be enabled in Pakistan?

If it is in pipeline then when can we expect this to go live?
