iMovie Text animation Not working On IPhone.
Hi There, I have iPhone 12 and it’s up to dated 18.3.2 and my iMovie is not showing text animations and even it’s not showing simple text on it after playing it.

I'm running 18.3.2 on my iPhone 14 Pro. I have the same issue that you do with the title animations not working when playing the timeline in projects consisting solely of photos. It works when scrolling the timeline, but not playing it. As a workaround, adding a video anywhere in the timeline cures the problem, or at least makes the titles functional. I suspect that it's a bug related to the iOS 18.3.2 update.
However, in case it is not a bug you could try rebooting your phone and see if that resolves the issue.
