I am primarily a Logic Pro user. I believe it is very probable that GarageBand utilizes some of the files that Logic Pro uses. I can probably corroborate this if you tell me the file size of that Logic Pro folder. Thank you so much.

Well it was about 60 Gbs. However, under the Systems Settings/General/Storage/Music Creation there is an option to delete the GarageBand support files. In my infantile wisdom I selected the "Delete" option. I can definitely say that the Logic folder is connected to GarageBand because the folder is now empty. However so is my GarageBand folder empty.
I appreciate you taking the time to try and troubleshoot my issue.
Update: I just launched GarageBand and it downloaded "essential" stuff. The Logic folder re-populated to about 1G. I wonder if in the course of using GB and adding to the loops and instruments More support files will be added to the Logic folder. There doesn't seem to be any overlap, or duplication.
To answer your question about GarageBand, yes I have installed GB on my Mac Studio.
Here is what is in the Logic Folder:
Hi,
What items are in the folder? Can you name them or provide screenshot?
Did you ever download Garageband?

That is definitely a Logic Pro folder. Did you download a trial of Logic Pro by chance? Did another user possibly download Logic or is this a personal computer?

Glad it helped.
