How Do I Exclude specific songs from Shuffle Play?

There used to be a skip-while-shuffling feature in iTunes that no longer seems to be present in Apple Music.

For instance, when listening via shuffle, you wouldn't want to hear Christmas music any time of the year but December... there are plenty of other examples, but you get the gist.

I have been estranged from my music collection for almost 4 years, finally got everything to populate on my most recent Macbook, but none of the settings carried over. Playlists are there, but empty of songs. I have a 30k song library to rebuild. (Thanks Apple)
