Sending External MIDI Program changes including Bank MSB and Bank LSB messages

Just subscribed to Logic Pro for iPAD.

Since the Event List Editor and the Environment have been "deprecated"

for iPAD.  How do I send External MIDI Program Changes which include

both Bank MSB and Bank LSB messages using this software?

Per the manual, understand you can use the External Instrument Plug-in

function to bring up the attached.  But it only has one Bank Field. 

Also experienced this in Logic Pro macOS in the Inspector.
