Orders to customer overview

I am trying to make an overview of information on customer level. I have a list of orders with email address. The informatie contains text cells and numbers for example quantities. What I would like to do is make a second page where I have a list of unique e-mailadressen. I would like it to lookup information for example the quantities. If there are more order lines it should add all those values up together and return the value. When there is text it should give back the information from the last order entry.

Is there a good way to do this in Numbers.

It would help if you could post a screenshot of your data.

However, from your description I believe you can make use of Pivot Tables.

Intro to pivot tables in Numbers on Mac - Apple Support

After you drag the fields in the Pivot Options panel down into the boxes below, the Pivot Table will automatically list each distinct email address and its associated quantity.

To start a Pivot Table click in your data table and from the menu choose Organize > Create Pivot Table > On Current Sheet.
