bought Microsoft 365 on app store but won't activate
Purchased OFFICE365 subscription through apple.com, yet I cannot activate my subscription on the WORD / EXCEL applications!

What happens when you try? Is there an error message? It would be best to contact Microsoft sine it is their application.
