Logic Pro 11.1.2 on Sequoia 15.3.2. Groups->Editing(Selection) not working

Question

Logic Pro 11.1.2 on Sequoia 15.3.2. Groups->Editing(Selection) not working

I have two tracks with vocals. Same vocal recorded with different mics. I have 8 takes on each track. I assign the two tracks to a Group with Editing(Selection) checked. The group is active and Groups is active.

When I select a take on one track, the corresponding take is NOT selected on the other track.

When I try to comp the takes on one track, the corresponding takes are NOT selected on the other track.

This used to work.

Mac Studio, macOS 15.3

Thanks for responding. I thought, "Great, I'll do a screen capture movie and send it to you." I went to my machine and opened the project....and everything worked. Now I had quit and restarted Logic before and the problem had continued. So I don't know what to make of it.

Let's just call this resolved for lack of evidence. If it happens again, I'll post here with a screen capture. FWIW, I did have goups active. I often do this with my guitar takes as well because I use dual-sourced pickups, and Logic usually is flawless with that kind of stuff.

I cannot confirm your issue. It works perfectly here with Logic Pro 11.1.2 (Silicon) on sequoia 15.3.2.

Can you post a screen recording? Or some screenshots?

Are the groups active?
