'Please contact iTunes to complete this transaction' error when downloading apps from the App Store

Hi, I want to download apps from App Store but there asking for (please contact with Itune to complete this transaction) even I didn’t buy anything. can you help me to solve this issue it will be reall appreciated. Waiting for your earliest response on this
