I can never get Logic to download the library content. I've been trying for months! I have a good internet connection and am on a MacBook Pro 16' (Apple M4 Max). I can't even get all the Apple Loops. Please help. It's driving me nuts!

Which version of Logic Pro are you currently on? Please update to the latest and that may fix this.
Are you using a VPN?
Are you using an external drive to host the library?
Also, can you uninstall and reinstall Logic Pro?
Once you do this, try downloading the Sound Library in parts, one at a time, by Opening Sound Library Manager and choosing (checking) the missing libraries manually.
