Clicked on a link in docusign phishing

Hello!

My husband received an email supposedly from Docusign about his PayPal account being suspended for a possibly fraudulent transaction. He clicked the the “view document” link and was redirected to a page that said “Error : the page you are trying to access has encountered an error. Please try again. For assistance, contact Customer Support.” He did not click on any other links. This happened on our desktop Mac. He did not enter any sensitive information but is it possible that malware was installed? How do I check?
