How can I quickly remove inactive dating app subscriptions from Apple Family Sharing?

True story: So a while back my wife and I split because of the stress and trauma of losing our son. During this period I was extremely lonely and drinking too much and decided to try a couple of dating/hookup apps only to realize that they were pretty useless and thankfully nothing happened because my wife and I decided to come back together and try and mend ourselves together. The problem is, these hookup apps which I checked out during one of the darkest periods of my life, were still on my phone! I had unsubscribed and they're inactive but Apple keeps your inactive subscriptions in plane sight including on family sharing. Needless to say I am terrified at the possibility of my wife seeing these apps in spite of nothing ever coming of them and I am going to have to HIDE my phone when I feel I should be opening up to her more. Apple is forcing me to stay hidden until these apps disappear if they ever do! There absolutely needs to be a way to delete these faster! It feels like I'm being shamed!

I know we can't delete purchase history or old inactive subscriptions which is why I posted in the first place. I feel like I'm wearing and giant "A" stitched to my chest! Meanwhile your suggestion does work... for the app store but if my wife were to check my old subscriptions she'd easily see the inactive ones I wish didn't exist. I don't understand how Apple can't see this as a major privacy problem!
