Extremely slow download speeds

I'm trying to download some items from my iCloud Drive to back them up but it's taking an extremely long time. I just did a speed test and I have 150MB/sec internet speed and yet a 20MB file took over 10 minutes to download. This is mind numbingly frustrating.
