Those hieroglyph writings only tell us that something happened.

To dig deeper for some real answers, you need to get and use EtreCheckPro.

Download and run the free version of EtreCheckPro, from > https://etrecheck.com/en/index.html

Then post back here with your Report, as per > How to use the Add Text Feature When Post… - Apple Community

Hi, I have tried to use Etrecheck but it cannot complete the process even if I start the Mac in safe mode. I have many peripheral attached of witch 2 Caldigit Thunderbolt Docks one is Tb3 and the other Tb4. I have attached a second monitor to the Thunderbolt 3 dock and I have discovered that if I disconnect the second monitor I do not have anymore the problem. I really need in my Recording studio a second monitor and I need to find a solution. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Prior to doing your Safe Mode restart please shut down, then disconnect ALL wired peripherals (USB, Thunderbolt, Firewire etc..) and the plug keyboard into the iMac using the charging cable that came with the computer. When starting in Safe Mode, please hold down the Shift Key until the computer fully starts in Safe Mode (it will show Safe in the upper right of the display). Then download and run EtreCheck.

Your KP's may be caused by one of the peripherals, RAM (if you upgrade that yourself) or software.

If you cannot overcome the problems then your only recourse is to take the computer to your local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be serviced.
