iMovie Ken Burns Effect Distortion for iOS 18.3.1 and 18.3.2

The Ken Burns effect is distorted in the iOS 18.3.1 and 18.3.2 updates. Pinch to Position the Start and Pinch to Position the End effects are not working. Kindly correct this issue as quickly as possible for us. It has rendered many of us unable to continue our projects.
