Accessing the Keypad in an iPad:
Not all apps require the keypad to be open. And it’s not seen when in the Home Screen.
Accessing a Bluetooth Keyboard:
Toggle on Bluetooth on Settings, and then see if you can pair the keyboard to it; you many have press a button somewhere on the keyboard to get it to be seen, in
