Qardio went out of business.
Your blood pressure sleeve is still good though.
In lieu of the Qardio app, there is an alternative app in the app store called LibreArm.
Simply make sure your phone is paired via bluetooth to your phone, and the LibreArm app will do (almost) everything the Qardio app did ... It will do all the important stuff like take upto 3 measurements, record the data in Apple Health, etc.

Never heard back from MedM Health. Was able to pair apple watch 9 with qardio bp cuff and IT WORKED. However, as Qardio website is inoperative, I was unable to save readings to Apple Health. For edification, I already had the Qardio App on my iPhone 13 and Apple Watch. Here are the steps followed:
As I recall, I was then asked if I wanted to save the reading with Qardio or Apple Health. I went through the steps and eventually received an error message as the Qardio website is inactive. Was able to take additional readings by clicking the back arrow, which took me back to the "Start" button. Thrilled that the Qardio Cuff is no longer a paper weight. Very disappointed with Qardio for so abruptly dropping their customers without workaround instructions.
Good luck - I hope that this is helpful.
I had the same problem, so I figured out how to connect to the QardioArm and then build a free app so that I could continue to use it. All the app does is inflate the cuff (once), take the measurement and then (optionally) drop it into Apple Health.
I’ve made the app source code available open source and also got it through the Apple App Review so that it’s available to anyone in UK or USA.
Feedback always welcome, but I don’t want anyone to suffer with a useless bit of tech.

If you are able to download a VPN on your phone and connect to somewhere in Europe, the United Kingdom or France open the Qardio App, try to sign in using your login information if that does not work create a new account. This is a workaround for now but it’ll allow you to get up and running. Good luck.

Qardio - is anybody still there?
No one from Qardio is here and, as Mac Jim ID stated on March 20th in this thread: "Their business is struggling and they have even filed for bankruptcy in the Netherlands. Your best option is to try and contact them for any issues."
Carefully review the privacy policy of any free or low cost VPN you use. They may be that cheap because they are harvesting your information. Also keep in mind that VPNs may interefere with other apps on your phone such as banking apps. Often, turning the VPN off isn't enough, you need to remove it.

I have qardio arm and it keeps saying check internet connection? How can I rectify internet and Bluetooth working but still says same message …, can anyone help me
It is saying that because the Qardio servers are down. There is nothing wrong with your device connecting to the internet. The problem is with the Qardio company for the reasons already discussed here.

Tried the VPN approach to no avail, but thanks for the suggestion. App worked fine until I purchased a new iPhone. Is there a possibility someone for money or the fun of it could hack the app and bypass the login step? I hate to loose access to the Blood Pressure device.
Nope. The website has been hit and miss for all users and mostly it is a miss. As stated this is due to the status of the Qardio company that is in jeopardy and getting support from them is now not even likely. That is not a good sign. If they are not maintaining customer support it is not likely they are maintaining server access required for the app to work.
It works! If you have an Apple Watch.
I removed the app from my iPhone Bluetooth connections. Deleted the app from my iPhone. Redownloaded the app. Nothing has changed as discussed by many. It’s dead.
But the app also downloaded to my Apple Watch. I opened the app on my watch, followed the easy process to connect the watch to the Qardio BP unit. It works! Got the readings and will have to manually add these to the Apple Health app.
I was five minutes from throwing it in the recycle box for the 10th time.
Download the ‘Health Diary by MedM’ app. It connected seamlessly to my Qardio Arm Blood pressure monitor and also to a set of “off-brand” Bluetooth digital scales.

I can not open the app. to use the BPM cuff or see any of my previous data. It’s ask for my login and then cannot reach server. Any idea to log into the app?
The app/service is broken, and the company appears to be in bankruptcy.

Some guidance on this would be greatly appreciated on how to do this.
Sign up for a free trial of any VPN provider such as PIA (private Internet access) download the app on your phone, choose France as your VPN source hit connect open the Qardio app and try to login if it does not work create a new account that is what worked for me last night.
