How do I troubleshoot auto backup not working in advanced mode on iPhone?

My auto backup does not seem to work. I am in advanced mode, I and set at 100 backups, I have made sure the permissions are correct and still the only reversions available to me are the ones I created with command S. Can somebody please point me in the right direction

There is a difference between Autosave and Backups.

It is best described here: Help!! Auto save question! - Apple Community


To fix your issue, I would uninstall and reinstall Logic Pro.

Additionally, clear your .plist file as well: https://support.topazlabs.com/article/52-how-to-delete-your-plist-file-on-mac

When removing .plist, you just have to set up Global Settings in the Settings window. Over 150 parameters will be initialized. More details in the videos below.

No music files, patches, plug-ins, etc. will be affected nor do they need to be reinstalled.
