M4 Mac Mini Migration Assistant Cancellation Help!

I was setting up my M4 Mac Mini and after starting to transfer my files via Migration Assistant from my Macbook Air to the Mac but I decided to change my mind and cancelled it shortly after beginning. Now the Mac Mini has taken me to the recovery page and I cannot seem to get off it. Help please!! It is giving me 4 options: Restore from Time Machine, Reinstall macOS Sequoia (which doesn't work), Safari for Help, Disk Utility.

I am unsure what to do! I only had just started setting it up.

Connect the MBA's Time Machine External Hard Disk to the Mac mini (you may need a USB A to USB C adapter) and let the migration occur from the Time Machine External Hard Disk. To have had an extremely simple, quick, and fast migration you should have asked in advance about migrating and followed the steps in Setup Assistant and Migration Assistant
