FX filter plays when not supposed to and I can’t turn it off

I was peacefully creating my song when I decided to make it longer, so I moved the previous ending about forty measures later, leaving a blank area in between. There were previously existing FX channels, but I deleted them to make space for the new song part. Yet for some reason, the FX still plays in their original positions. I have tried to re-record new FX to cancel it out, but it won’t work. I have included a screen recording as an example. I have also deleted the fx track as a whole but they’re still there. Please help me solve this issue!
